Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar Waiters. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Bar Server, you will be responsible for assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and contributing to the overall hospitality of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders for food and beverages, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Serve drinks and food promptly while maintaining high service standards. Help set up and break down catering events, ensuring all items are prepared and presented beautifully. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Basic bartending skills would be beneficial for this role. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are crucial for success in this position. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
