We are seeking a proactive and energetic

Barback

to support our busy bar environment. The ideal candidate will assist bartenders by maintaining stock levels, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering excellent service to enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities

Restock bar supplies including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure smooth service. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and washing glassware. Assist bartenders with preparing ingredients and basic food items as needed. Support the team during busy periods by delivering prompt and friendly service to customers. Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to at all times. Help with organising stock deliveries and inventory checks regularly. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations throughout the shift.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, food preparation, or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential. Experience working as a barista or in hotel or serving roles is considered an asset. Strong communication skills are vital for effective teamwork and customer interaction. Familiarity with kitchen or bar operations will be beneficial in supporting the team efficiently. A friendly attitude combined with organisational skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
