Barback

Since 2006 we have been the UK's home of ethically sourced, grass-fed beef, cooked over charcoal and paired with our award-winning wines and cocktails. As a Barback, you'll be the backbone of the bar team, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure our bartenders can deliver the best drinks and service.

What You'll Do

Keep the bar stocked, clean and well organised Prepare garnishes, glassware and equipment for service Support bartenders during busy shifts with speed and accuracy Collect and polish glassware throughout service Work closely with the bar team to ensure seamless guest experiences

Energetic, reliable and happy to roll up your sleeves Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a team Have great attention to detail and pride in keeping things organised Keen to learn more about bars and develop into a Bartender role in the future
