ABOUT THE ROLE
The Northall Barback plays a crucial supporting role in ensuring smooth bar operations by assisting bar staff with supplies, cleaning, and maintaining the bar area. This position is key to the efficient functioning of the bar, ensuring the team has everything they need to provide exceptional service.

As a Barback, you will work behind the scenes, assisting in the preparation and upkeep of the bar, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and assist others.
A strong understanding of bar operations and the ability to anticipate the needs of bar staff.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
Good level of written and spoken English
Flexibility to work varied hours
Takes pride in own professional grooming
Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Pride and attention to detail in your work
Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
Food Hygiene or Health & Safety certification (preferably at level 2 or higher) is desirable.
Ongoing training or interest in mixology and bar operations would be beneficial.
