Duties

Restock and organize bar supplies, glassware, and utensils to ensure smooth service throughout the shift Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, filling ice bins, and handling basic food prep as needed Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by cleaning spills, washing glassware, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Buss tables and clear empty drinkware or dishes from the bar area efficiently Support food handling and service by assisting with catering or banquet setups when required Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred, including nightclub or banquet experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to maintain a tidy work environment Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and confidently Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Knowledge of food preparation, bussing, serving, and catering operations beneficial Experience working in hotel or food industry settings is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible night shifts in a fast-paced environment Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is preferred

Pay: 12.80-13.00 per hour
