We are looking for a strong, diligent and committed people to be part of something truly amazing- The Little Violet Door in Carnaby, Soho, from the Little Door and Co Group.

Our existing venues, the Little Scarlet Door, The Little Orange Door, The Little Yellow Door, The Little Blue Door are bustling and critically acclaimed bar restaurants. They are based on much loved fictional flat shares and every element of what we do reflects this unique take on hospitality. The space is styled to feel like walking into someone's home and the vibe is charming, welcoming and unpretentious.

The venue is right by Kingly Court. The offering is designed with this clientele in mind and champions quirky, light-hearted fun- underpinned by serious F&B quality and meticulous levels of service. We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of consistently delivering faultless shifts, maintaining impeccable standards and managing a variety of different offerings.

Little Door & Co is a young and growing brand pioneering a different slant on the hospitality industry. Our aim is to create venues which feel like walking into a home by styling them around a fictional flat share. We create an authentic customer experience through a series of house parties & dinner parties in a fun & intimate environment, for those after a homely, neighbourhood style experience. The result is a bar and restaurant concept which is welcoming, inviting and unpretentious.

Job summary:

Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and disposing of waste. Stock and replenish bar inventory, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies. Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available. Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest needs promptly and courteously. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Assist with venue maintenance tasks such as cleaning up broken glass, spillages, and conducting toilet checks to uphold cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be at least 18 years old. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods.
