We are gochu, a japanese inspired bar/restaurant in the centre of Poulton-le-Fylde. Gochu prides itself on its high class venue, food and cocktails all offered in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities
Assist bartenders by restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness at the bar. Prepare garnishes and assist in food preparation as needed. Ensure all glassware and utensils are clean and ready for use. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with patrons. Support the overall efficiency of the bar and restaurant operations. Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to enhance guest experiences.
