Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join our vibrant team. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring that our bar runs smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the bar area, assisting with drink preparation, glass collection/cleaning and providing excellent service to our patrons.

Responsibilities

Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and serving customers promptly. Keep the bar area clean and organised, including washing glassware and utensils. Restock supplies such as ice, garnishes, and beverages as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards. Manage time effectively to support the bar's operations during busy periods. Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during service.

Experience

Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. A passion for serving others and creating memorable experiences for guests.
