We're on the lookout for a couple of hard-working

Barbacks

to join the team at our brand new cafe and restaurant in

Edinburgh

.

There are 2 roles available with the possibility of

Full-time

or

Part-time

hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about excellent service.

What You'll Do:

Support the bartenders, baristas and KPs in their duties Wash and polish glassware and cutlery Retrieve stock for the bar and keep fridges stocked Clear tables and collect glasses

What We're Looking For:

No experience necessary, but someone willing to get stuck in and work hard A sense of urgency. This a fast-paced environment so speed is of the essence Positive, proactive attitude and a real team player Organised, punctual and reliable
Full and Part time hours available with mixed shift pattern.

Looking candidates who can start immediately and hit the ground running.
