Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a keen interest in the food and beverage industry. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that all drinks and food items are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards. Assist with food preparation and serving, maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene. Operate the bar area efficiently, keeping it clean and well-stocked at all times. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when necessary. Handle Epos and cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Maintain knowledge of current menu items, promotions, and special offers.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or cafe setting is preferred, particularly with barista skills or serving experience. A solid understanding of food safety practices is essential. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately. Strong time management abilities to ensure efficient service during peak hours. A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues alike. Wages

Note although hourly rate shown is 12.21 the actual wage will follow the .GOV minimum wage by catagory.
