Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to provide clients with innovative options. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the beauty or grooming industry. Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including barbering skills, is essential. Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members. A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing or barbering are advantageous.
