We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Hair Stylist/Barber. in any of our three branches all located in cathays cardiff In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling and barbering services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling satisfied and confident. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail in hair styling.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client needs. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional advice on styles and products. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques. Handle client inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally. Promote salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience

Proven experience in hair styling or barbering is preferred, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to engage with clients effectively. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A passion for the beauty industry with an eagerness to learn new techniques and trends. Certification or qualification in hair styling or barbering is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate. Pay: 24,420.00-46,984.38 per year
