We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and hair styling, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide professional barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.

Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment.

Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the appointment process.

Adhere to health and safety regulations within the salon environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential.

Strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with clients.

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A valid barbering qualification or certification is preferred but not mandatory for skilled candidates.

A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
