We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and hair styling, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients while delivering high-quality grooming services.

Responsibilities

Provide professional barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims. Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service. Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of work. Proficient in various hair styling techniques and barbering skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Strong attention to detail and a passion for the art of grooming. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Relevant qualifications or certifications in barbering are preferred but not essential.
Applicants should be Self-employed with their own personal liability insurance. You will be taking home 60% of what you make for the shop, plus 100% of your tips.
