We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in barbering and hair styling, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for clients.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves tailored to client preferences. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area, including tools and equipment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques. Manage appointments effectively to ensure timely service delivery. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.

Experience

Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse fluently in English. A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Familiarity with various hair types and styles, along with knowledge of grooming products and tools. Relevant qualifications or certifications in barbering are preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate willing to learn.
