Job Summary

A unique opportunity to launch your own Barbershop within prestigious, worldwide brand Audi's showroom, Poole.

This stunning salon comes fully equipped with an existing client base and captive audience in the form of Audi's staff (150 on site daily) and clientele. It is the perfect opportunity for an experienced barber who is ready to take the step into self employment but wants the comfort of an existing database and the benefit of not having to outlay for equipment and furnishings. This would also potentially suit someone with less experience but super hungry to grow fast without the risk of taking on their own shop.

The Salon is now under the umbrella of proven local success 'Collective', who provide co working spaces for the hair and beauty industry. Collective and Audi will work collaboratively to ensure your barbershop becomes as profitable and slick as possible, our aim is to make sure you maximise your earnings whilst increasing the benefits available to Audi's clientelle. This includes producing videography, social media content alongside/for you.

All treatments payable to you directly, Collective charge a rent only

You will need to be comfortable with having a little hustle mentality and not be afraid to market and approach people to close new clients.

Duties

Perform a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves. Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the barbershop. Use various tools and techniques to achieve desired styles and looks. Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and grooming. Build rapport with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills. Promote products and services to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of various hair types and styling techniques. A valid barbering apprenticeship or certification is preferred. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail and a passion for the craft of barbering.
