Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and hair styling, with exceptional customer service skills. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling satisfied and looking their best.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims. Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques. Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns or requests. Communicate effectively in English to ensure clear understanding with clients regarding their desired styles. Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the grooming industry. Strong skills in barbering techniques and hair styling. Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, to interact effectively with clients. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Relevant qualifications or certifications in barbering are preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrated. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
