Duties
Provide a range of hair styling and barbering services, including cuts and beards
Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering professional advice on styles and products.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to provide the best service possible.
Handle client inquiries and bookings efficiently, ensuring a smooth salon experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service within a salon or barbering environment is preferred.
Proficiency in hair styling and barbering techniques, with relevant qualifications or certifications.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
