Misters Hair Solutions is a brand-new, modern barbershop opening in the heart of Welling. While our shop also specialises in hair systems and non-surgical hair replacement, this role is focused purely on traditional barbering services. We're committed to delivering top-tier grooming in a clean, stylish, and welcoming environment -- and we're looking for a talented barber to lead the way.

The Role:

We're seeking a confident, experienced barber to help manage daily operations and deliver exceptional cuts and service. This is a hands-on position with added responsibilities, ideal for someone who's ready to take the next step in their barbering career.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing top-quality barbering services (cuts, shaves, fades, styling, etc.)

Opening and closing the shop on selected days

Cashing up and general day-to-day running of the barbershop

Ensuring the shop is kept clean, professional, and fully stocked

Supporting the growth and reputation of a new local business

Pay (Self-Employed):

150-170 per day (depending on experience)

? Performance-based bonuses available

Please note: This is a self-employed position. You will be responsible for your own taxes and National Insurance.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Closed: Sundays & Bank Holidays

(You will be working 5 or 6 days per week depending on rota.)

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in barbering

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Confident working independently and taking initiative

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude

Management experience is a plus but not essential
