Duties

Perform haircuts, shaves, and styling services for clients, ensuring high standards of quality and precision. Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on styles and hair care. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to provide innovative services. Adhere to health and safety regulations as well as salon policies to ensure client satisfaction and safety.

Requirements

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A valid barbering qualification or certification is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail with an artistic eye for style. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the salon's schedule.
