Overview


We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, kitchen management, and team leadership. This role requires creativity in menu planning and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences in both fine dining and catering settings. The Chef will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all food safety standards are met while managing inventory and supervising kitchen staff.

Responsibilities



Lead the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality dishes are served consistently. Plan and create innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory control, food handling, and safety protocols. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth. Oversee banquet services, ensuring timely execution of events and catering orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen to comply with health regulations. Monitor food production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Collaborate with restaurant management to develop strategies for enhancing guest satisfaction.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the food industry. Strong background in fine dining, catering, or banquet services preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and shift management. Knowledge of dietary department practices and food service management principles. Proficient in menu planning, inventory management, and food safety regulations. Excellent cooking skills with a passion for culinary arts and hospitality. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests alike. Pay: 15.00-16.00 per hour
