Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented bar team member to join our team.

As a team member you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and providing an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and sanitation procedures

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

- Stay updated on current beverage trends and menu offerings

Experience:

- Proven experience in not a major player but is an advantage

- Extensive knowledge of different types of beverages, both alcoholic & non-alcoholic

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner

- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work well within a team

- Attention to detail in order to accurately prepare beverages according to customer preferences

- Training provided by ourselves in the following but not limited to: Allergen Awareness, Health and Safety, Food Safety, Fire Safety, Under-Age use of Machines. The role dependent on applicant also has the possibility of Award in Licensed Premises/ Personal Licence Course.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour
