We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment. This role involves serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous, but full training will be provided to the successful applicant. Duties
Serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently to customers in a friendly manner
Take orders and handle cash or card payments with precision and professionalism
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Prepare and serve light snacks or food items as required, adhering to food safety protocols
Engage with guests to enhance their experience through excellent customer service and communication skills
Restock bar supplies and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Follow licensing laws and responsible serving practices at all times
Assist with organising events or special functions as needed
Uphold health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 guidelines, to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bar work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety standards is desirable
Experience as a delivery driver or in kitchen roles such as cooking or meal preparation can be advantageous
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest service abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
A friendly demeanour with a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experiences
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or specialised events as required
