As a member of the bar staff, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering queries. Assist with meal preparation as needed, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Support delivery drivers by preparing orders for collection or delivery as required. Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Skills

Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette. Experience in a hospitality environment, particularly within hotels or restaurants, is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary skills would be beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who is willing to help colleagues and adapt to various tasks as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
