We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bar and Restaurant Servers. Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Mix and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, barista coffee and non-alcoholic options. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Handle cash and process payments accurately. Collaborate with the kitchen and hotel staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Uphold our high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant/bar.

Qualifications:

Access to personal transport due to early starts and late finishes. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Charismatic personality and a natural ability to connect with guests. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required - we provide training!
