Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. This position is paid and suitable for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and creating a positive atmosphere.

Duties

Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and providing a friendly first impression Managing reservations and guest check-ins efficiently Answering enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy Assisting with seating arrangements and managing waiting lists during busy periods Handling guest requests promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and front-of-house spaces Supporting team members with general administrative tasks as required Promoting special events or offers to enhance guest experience

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is desirable but not essential Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary Professional appearance and positive attitude are essential qualities for success in this role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 45 per week

Work Location: In person
