We are are a growing club/bar with a thriving membership. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality and bar, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This roll requires excellent organisational skills and a passion for customer service and creating a memorable experience for guests.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively with Manager
Supervise event staff, including bartenders and kitchen personnel, to ensure smooth operations during events.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert guidance on event logistics.
Manage vendor relationships, including catering services, equipment rentals, and entertainment providers.
Develop event budgets and manage expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Run a busy bar and cellar
Cafe, Barista
Jack of all trades helping a smooth running of several areas around the club with manager
Requirements
Proven experience in event management or a related field within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
Experience in bartending / cellar management, ales and beer cellar to glass
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to remain calm under pressure.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
