Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve not only preparing drinks but also ensuring that our cafe maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, kitchen and public areas including equipment, utensils and tables. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficient. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
Requirements
Previous barista experience is essential. Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a busy environment. Successful completion of a paid 2 week trial period leads to a permanent position.
Fixed hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. 0945 to 1530.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 8.00-12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 17.5 per week
