Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our dynamic team at The Genuine Dining Co. Located in the heart of London, this role is essential for delivering high-quality coffee and beverages while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to customers with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food preparation. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address their needs promptly. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans and supplies. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential. A passion for coffee and customer service is a must.
