The role is FULL TIME, MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide all clients and customers with professional, friendly, and attentive service that reflects the Neo Space brand standards.
Consistently prepare and serve high-quality, well-presented beverages, maintaining precision and consistency across all orders
Accurately take and process client orders, handle payments efficiently, and maintain strong attention to detail in all transactions.
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food, paper goods, and other supplies to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the day.
Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitised bar and prep kitchen at all times, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular stock checks, restock bar fridges, and process deliveries to maintain a well-organised and fully supplied workspace.
Engage confidently with Members, Guests, and potential leads -- sharing information about Neo Space, our sister building Neoworx, and our various programmes and amenities.
Effectively multitask and remain composed under pressure, particularly during busy service periods, ensuring consistent quality and service delivery.
Utilise phones, guest management software, and internal communication systems with confidence and accuracy.
Follow all operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Complete daily and weekly food safety checks in line with company standards.
Provide cover for Reception when required, supporting all administrative duties, guest check-ins, and inquiries.
Build rapport with Members within your area, familiarising yourself with each company and fostering a sense of community.
Assist with cover at our sister building, Neoworx, when required, ensuring seamless service and brand consistency across both sites.
Take responsibility for the upkeep, presentation, and organisation of the Sky Premium and River Premium Lounges - ensuring the space remains inviting, well stocked, and aligned with Neo Space's premium hospitality standards.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience in a customer facing role
Strong organisational skills and decision making
Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
Ideally coming from hospitality with a member centric or hotel background.
