Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Ensure all food preparation meets safety and hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. Assist customers with their orders, providing excellent service and product knowledge. Handle cash transactions accurately using basic maths skills. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is advantageous but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders. A passion for food preparation and an eagerness to learn about coffee brewing techniques.
