Landmark Cafe is a fast-past, lively, creative, yet professional company.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our fast-paced team at Landmark Cafe. As a Barista, you will be mainly be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers, however other duties will include taking food & drink orders, using the till / tablets and delivering food & drinks to tables.

Your friendly demeanour and exceptional customer service skills will ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the point-of-sale system.

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed.

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.

- Operate various equipment, such as espresso machines, blenders, and grinders.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.

- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is essential.

- Knowledge of food hygiene - All staff are required to take their food hygiene course which is paid for by Landmark Cafe.

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order preparation.

- Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.

- Effective communication skills.

Candidates must be flexible with regards to their working hours and must be able to cover a range of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Pay is dependent on age and experience.

Due to the location and the hours of work, own transport is essential.
