Pay:

From 12.50 per hour (based on age, experience, and availability) + Generous Tips (Approx: 130 / month)

Hours:

30-45 hours per week (Flexible scheduling, including evenings & weekends)

What You'll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, friendly attitude Learn and follow all Blend & Batch processes and standards Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for customers and team members Be knowledgeable about our products to confidently advise and upsell to customers Support store operations including opening, closing, and stock management Adhere to health and safety standards, including personal hygiene and equipment care Take initiative, work efficiently under pressure, and support your team as needed

What We're Looking For:

A passion for great coffee, people, and hospitality Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation Ability to thrive in a busy environment and multitask effectively A proactive, flexible attitude--especially with scheduling Previous hospitality or retail experience is ideal (1 year preferred) Barista experience is an advantage but not essential
