Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at Starbucks - EE Group in Northern Ireland. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating memorable experiences for our customers through high-quality coffee service and exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care. Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and build connections. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in training new baristas on best practices. Ensure compliance with food safety standards. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

Previous barista or coffee experience preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Willingness to learn about coffee varieties and brewing methods. Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
