Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, ensuring food safety standards, and providing exceptional service to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, including equipment and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food preparation and handling. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks.

Experience

Barista experience is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. A friendly demeanour with a willingness to help customers and colleagues alike is essential for success in this role.
