Job Description

We're recruiting someone with a positive, cheery and can-do attitude to join our teams.

You don't need experience (although it's a bonus) as we'll show you how to make everything from an Americano to a Frappuccino and, as we're also a Sandwich Bar, you'll learn how to make the perfect lunch.

We have a specific need for the successful candidate to be able to work throughout the week and occasional weekends.

What's expected of you?

Confident in positive communication with customers and the team. Ability to work under pressure, work within a team, and use your initiative. Ability to take direction and follow through on tasks. Being attentive to the customer and the product quality, ensuring products of insufficient quality do not reach the customer. General house cleaning duties. Cash Handling. Close and clean-down duties.

Hours of Work:

Part-time positions are available between 16 - 26 Hours, and Full-time jobs are between 26 - 35 hours per week.

Applicants should be fully flexible from the Morning through the afternoon on weekdays from 06:30 - 16:00, as shift patterns will run from morning through lunch.

Qualifications

Barista experience

Serving experience

Knowledge of food safety protocols

Proficiency in food preparation

Basic math skills

Strong time management abilities

The successful applicant might have a background in barista and serving roles and expertise in food safety, food preparation, basic math, and effective time management.
