You will be responsible for making coffees, taking orders, serving food and beverages. Your ability to manage time effectively and upsell menu items will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Manage multiple tables efficiently while providing attentive service. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the bar & dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.

Qualifications

Barista experience is a essential Bar experience is ideal. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A passion for guest services with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute positively to team dynamics.
