Please read, this is not your average barista job...

Firstly, this is a casual position, giving the opportunity to join CURBSIDE for events and ad-hoc weekdays. We expect to be able to offer between 7-30 hours a month, depending on the CURBSIDE calendar and your availability aligning each month.

We're very early in this journey, and we know it's a long road ahead - but we truly believe in it. Our team will be one of, if not the most important part of this, and the rewards will reflect that.

The rate of pay is 13.50 per hour, with unlimited caffeine and more than the odd bit of cake. While we're ambitious, if we happen to be right, the opportunity for growth will be huge.

The role

:

Chat to our amazing caffeine (and non-caffeine) drinkers about anything and everything (the biggest perk!)

Make awesome coffee (the best beans and training provided)

Keep the three-wheeled warrior clean and tidy

Now, this is a barista role, and some knowledge around coffee and experience within a hospitality environment is desirable - but most importantly, the above has to resonate with you. We truly believe that CURBSIDE is, and will continue to grow into, something special. The most important part of that journey is the people who come along with us.
