Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while following proper food handling procedures. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Skills

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic maths skills for processing transactions and managing cash. A helpful attitude towards customers and colleagues, fostering a positive team dynamic. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and commitment to food safety practices.
