We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, adhering to company standards. Ensure food safety standards are consistently maintained throughout all food and drink preparation processes. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and handling transactions efficiently. Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light bites when required. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and surfaces regularly. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Experience

Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of food safety procedures is desirable to uphold hygiene standards. Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous. Basic maths skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong time management skills are essential to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
