Job Description

As a Barista in Costa Coffee - WHSmith you'll provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality drinks, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for all our customers. You'll work independently or as part of a team to deliver fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.

What being a Barista is all about:

Delivering an exceptional customer experience with every cup served. Preparing and serving a wide range of hot and cold drinks, following Costa Coffee standards. Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting store environment. Supporting with stock replenishment and ensuring displays look great for our customers. Working as part of a team, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive workplace.

A passion for coffee and customer service, ensuring every guest leaves happy. Confidence in communicating with customers and colleagues. Motivation to achieve fantastic results, whether through service, quality, or teamwork. Adaptability to meet business needs in a fast-paced environment.
