Run your very own Coffee Shop within our Co-working space!
Location - Boscombe High Street, Bournemouth
Position - Self employed
Hours - we ask for some standard operating hours, but these will be mainly set by you
We are offering a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Barista to run their own cafe/ccoffee shop inside our vibrant co working space tailored to hair and beauty.
You'll benefit from a captive audience of hairdressers, beauticians and their clients - giving you the chance to build a loyal client base from day one plus being on a high street due for investment and regeneration over the coming year.
Included in the package is buffet seating, chairs, stools, tables, outside furniture, and a ready installed bar (dishwasher included but no other appliances or equipment).
All revenue to go directly to you -we simply ask for a rental agreement to be in place with standard operating conditions such as opening hours and community standards.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items while ensuring quality and presentation. Design your own menu! Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe environment, adhering to food safety standards and local licensing. Manage inventory and assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring timely service. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: 12.21-20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
Experience:
coffee shop/cafe/hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
