We are looking for a superstar skilled Barista with top attention to detail, efficiency and cleanliness along with a genuine passion for all things coffee. You will have some experience in a high-volume, quality coffee environment, serving quality shots and steaming milk.

You will also be comfortable working with our top-of-the-range machines and grinders.

Our brilliant Baristas demonstrate a 'we're all in this together' attitude, confidence in a customer-focused environment and know what it takes to deliver top-quality coffee and great hospitality at all times.

What You Can Expect Your Responsibilities to Be...

Dialling in grinders for all blends and single origins to the brand standard Open and close down the coffee section independently Multi-task and be able to perform a busy service solo Maintain the standard speed of service, quality and overall consistency Pouring basic latte art and have an understanding of alternative milks Maintain cleanliness at all times Demonstrate understanding of all Mnesic blends and single origins Communicate stock issues and shortages to the Management Team Be the face of positivity and motivation, bringing your best and most positive self at all times Consistently deliver great hospitality with huge personality within the hospitality standards framework Live our Company values Undertake regular training and always be striving for self-improvement Work to support a busy team and take an active part in contributing to team-driven results Display a smart and professional appearance, always striving to represent Trading Post Coffee Roasters in a positive way

Candidates should possess a combination of core barista skills, food safety knowledge, and the ability to handle food preparation tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 11.82 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
