Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage equipment

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area

- Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages by following recipes and standards

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints

- Assist with food preparation as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
