Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Assist with , ensuring all items are made to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and efficiently while performing routine maintenance checks. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring basic maths skills are applied when processing payments.

Experience

Previous experience as a Barista is essential; but we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn as training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety practices is desirable to maintain hygiene standards in the workplace. Strong time management skills are necessary to thrive in a busy environment while delivering exceptional service. A friendly disposition and ability to work well as part of a team are essential for creating a positive customer experience.
