? Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning coffee machines, equipment, and seating areas.
? Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the coffee and tea products offered, including seasonal specials and new menu items, to assist customers with their choices.
? Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels and communicating needs to the manager to ensure timely restocking of supplies.
Essential Requirements:
? Experience: Previous experience as a barista.
? Coffee Knowledge: Basic understanding of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with various coffee and tea products.
? Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a positive customer experience and handle customer feedback professionally.
