Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



? Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks, in accordance with company standards.

? Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and handling transactions efficiently.

? Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning coffee machines, equipment, and seating areas.

? Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the coffee and tea products offered, including seasonal specials and new menu items, to assist customers with their choices.

? Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels and communicating needs to the manager to ensure timely restocking of supplies.

Essential Requirements:



? Experience: Previous experience as a barista.

? Coffee Knowledge: Basic understanding of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with various coffee and tea products.

? Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a positive customer experience and handle customer feedback professionally.

? Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to consistent attendance.

? Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting colleagues during busy periods.

? Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in beverage preparation and order fulfillment.

? Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Hours and length of employment

: 8h per week with occasional overtime

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.25-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
