Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at Metchys.(minimum 3 years Barista experience)Located in Great Britain, this role is essential for delivering exceptional coffee and beverage experiences to our customers, contributing to the overall atmosphere of our cafeteria.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area at all times. Assist customers with menu selections and provide excellent customer service. Maintain inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies. Follow food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in food preparation. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Understanding of food safety practices is essential.
