We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a pool of Baristas based on a casual contract of employment within Leisure Services throughout the County of Carmarthenshire. The Barista will play a key role in helping prepare and serve food and beverages whilst providing excellent front of house customer service in a friendly, welcoming, professional, and efficient service manner. This role could be based within Carmarthen Leisure Centre, the new Leisure Centre at Canolfan Pentre Awel Llanelli, Ffwrnes Theatre Llanelli, or at an Outdoor Recreation setting such Pembrey Country Park; Llyn Llech Owain, or the Caban hotel in Pendine.
Our working hours are flexible and ideal to fit around family commitments and school holidays.
We aim to provide the highest level of customer care within the food and beverage services. The right candidate will strive to grasp every opportunity to up-sell, by ensuring maximum sales are achieved through promotional activity and product knowledge as well as an exceptional level of front of house skills.
No previous experience is necessary and all relevant training will be provided.
