About the role:
As a Barista of the team at 11 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse - the only Relais and Chateaux properties in London -, you are the reason our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Baristas work as part of a team to impress our Guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations from breakfast right through dinner, to ensure that every guest wants to return.
What Will You Be Doing?
You will be a coffee lover able to deal with the pressure of running a busy operation in 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel's Hans' Bar And Grill Restaurant & The Chelsea Townhouse' Drawing Room.
You will be team player, striving for quality and perfection in every single beverage you deliver. You will be confident in running the overall service and a teamworker who enjoys sharing knowledge and passion about drinks.
Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Barista at 11 Cadogan Gardens:

• To have a good knowledge of all food and drink available for sale in the restaurant and Hotel premises, enabling you to answer any guest queries quickly including being aware of any specific allergens.
• To carry out cleaning of bar/coffee area and equipment on a regular basis, assisting the F&B team when required.
• Ensure all beverages get to the guests in a timely manner, -this includes running drinks to the tables- while being constantly aware of guests needs and being able to respond to them accordingly.
• Comply with due dilligence duties, and be aware of the Health and Safety regulations pertinent to your department.
• Additionally, you must have a good understanding of other than hot beverages those including but not limited to Beer, Wine Cocktails, etc.
