We are seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our team to make some delicious coffees and assist in all aspects of our cafe operations, including helping prepare fresh sandwiches. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a friendly experience, have barista training, and be highly organised.

Responsibilities:

Ensure quality control in all aspects of food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe, adhering to health and safety regulations. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

Previous barista experience, latte art preferably! Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A passion for food and coffee, with a commitment to delivering great quality and service. Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
